ERDM #34: Undergang + Malformed (SF)

About this event

Her er en forholdsvis tæt engelsk oversættelse, hvor jeg har bevaret den rå tone i originalen: BETA and Extremely Rotten Productions tear the new year wide open with a filthy dose of pulsating death metal! Crawl out of your cave and get your hair blown back by world-class Danish and Finnish death metal! UNDERGANG Putrid death metal from Copenhagen, bubbling at the top of the international death metal sewer. Active since 2008 and with five full-length albums in their back catalogue, Undergang are among the most prominent Danish death metal bands on the international scene. They have toured extensively throughout Europe, North America, Australia and Japan, and were the first Danish death metal band to perform live on Danish television, appearing on 'Go' morgen Danmark' in 2017. Don't miss this rare show on Danish soil. MALFORMED One of the newest and most active death metal bands from Finland's new generation. Malformed release their music through leading Danish death metal label Extremely Rotten Productions, and tonight's show in Aarhus celebrates their newly released second full-length album, 'The Invocation', which will be available directly from the band for the first time this weekend. With two EPs behind them since forming in 2022 and the well-received debut album 'Confinement of Flesh' from 2025, Malformed have toured throughout Europe several times alongside like-minded death metal bands. Their energetic, tight performances of brutal and technical death metal have already earned them a strong reputation as a professional band, both on and off stage. Tonight's show is one of only two exclusive concerts in Denmark promoting their new album, 'The Invocation'. Formuleringer som 'death metal sewer', 'putrid' og 'crawl out of your cave' ligger derfor bevidst tæt på originalens stil. Standing room only If tickets are sold out in advance, they will also be sold out at the door. Doors open one hour before the concert. For more information, visit Amager Bio. Accessibility / Wheelchair Users: Please purchase a standard ticket. A limited number of companion tickets are available. A valid companion card must be presented at the venue.
